Request Account & Data Deletion

You can use this page to request the permanent deletion of your app account and all associated personal data stored on our servers. Please read the following information carefully before submitting your request.

Before You Continue

  • This action is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted, they cannot be recovered.
  • This process will permanently remove your personal data from our Firebase systems, including your account details (e.g., email address, user ID), app settings, and usage history.
  • This request will not delete data held by third-party advertising or analytics partners (such as Google, Unity Ads, or Start.io). You must manage or request deletion from those services directly via their respective privacy policies.

🗑️ How to Request Data Deletion

If you want your account and associated data deleted from ShaLifn developers apps, send us an email using the format below:

Send Email To: app-support@shalifn.com
Subject: Delete My (App name) Account
Email Body Example:

Hello,

I would [like to delete] my account [and all] personal data associated with the app (name).

My registered Google email address is: [your email]

Thank you.

We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data from our Firebase system within 7 working days.

What Happens Next?

  1. After you submit this form, you will receive an email at the address provided.
  2. You must click the verification link in that email to confirm your deletion request.
  3. Once verified, we will process your request. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 7 working days.
