SDK Integration & Advertising Agreement

For Advertisers, DSPs, and Network Partners.

This SDK Integration & Advertising Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ShaLifn ("Publisher"), and the entity accepting this Agreement ("Advertiser" or "Network Partner").

By integrating the Advertiser SDK or providing ad tags to ShaLifn, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Definitions

  • "Publisher App": The mobile applications owned and operated by ShaLifn.
  • "Advertiser SDK": The Software Development Kit, code, pixels, or API provided by the Advertiser.
  • "Users": End-users of the Publisher App.

2. Scope & No Control

2.1 Role of Publisher. Publisher acts solely as a medium for ad display. We provide the inventory; you provide the creatives.

2.2 No Control over App. Advertiser acknowledges that it has no right to control, modify, or direct the operations of the Publisher App. ShaLifn retains full and exclusive ownership of the app's functionality, design, and user flow.

3. SDK Integrity & Safety

⚠️ Critical Compliance Requirement

Advertiser warrants that the provided SDK/Tag:

  1. No Malware or Spam: Must not contain viruses, spyware, or malicious code. It must not spawn unexpected pop-ups, background processes, or notifications outside agreed ad slots.
  2. No Damage to User Device: Must not cause excessive battery drainage, overheating, or device slowdown.
  3. No Unauthorized Data Access: Must not access User data (contacts, microphone, camera, storage) without explicit, opt-in consent from the User and prior written approval from Publisher.
  4. Store Compliance: Must strictly comply with Google Play Developer Policies and Apple App Store Guidelines.

4. Ad Content Guidelines

Advertiser agrees strictly NOT to serve ads that contain:

  • Adult or Pornographic content
  • Hate speech or Violence
  • Deceptive "System Warning" ads
  • Auto-redirects without clicks

5. Indemnification & Legal Action

5.1 Indemnity. Advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShaLifn from any claims, fines, or damages arising from the Advertiser SDK (e.g., privacy violations, IP infringement, or device damage).

5.2 Legal Recourse. If the Advertiser SDK causes damage to Users, leads to the suspension of the Publisher App from the Play Store, or results in financial loss to Publisher, ShaLifn reserves the right to take immediate legal action to recover all damages, including loss of revenue and reputation.

6. Termination

Publisher may terminate this Agreement and remove the Advertiser SDK at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon written notice. Upon termination, Advertiser must cease all data collection from the Publisher App immediately.
