1.0 Acknowledgement
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company (ShaLifn). These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
2.0 User Accounts
When You create an account with Us, You must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.
One Account Policy
To prevent fraud and abuse of our reward system, we strictly enforce a One Account Per Person / Per Device policy. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts and forfeiture of earnings.
3.0 Prohibited Activities & Suspension
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate Your Account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Automated Activity: The use of bots, auto-clickers, macros, scripts, auto-mention tools, or any automated software to manipulate the Service is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activity & Inactivity: Accounts found engaging in illegal activities, promoting illicit content, or remaining inactive for a prolonged period may be suspended to protect system integrity.
- Code Modification: Any attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Application source code, or the use of third-party software to artificially increase earnings, constitutes a material breach of this policy.
- VPN/Proxy Usage: Using VPNs or Proxies to mask your location or access restricted tasks is strictly forbidden.
4.0 Payment & Earnings Policy
By participating in the earning programs provided by the Application, You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments and accrued earnings:
Verification of Work
We reserve the right to validate all user activity before processing payments. If We detect suspicious behavior, fraud, or activity that creates doubt regarding the legitimacy of the work performed, We reserve the right to withhold payment.
Financial Viability
Payments are subject to the Company's financial sustainability. In the event the Company incurs operational losses or deems the business model unviable, We reserve the right to delete accrued earnings or halt payments without liability.
Updates & Data Loss
In the event of Application updates, server migrations, or technical maintenance, the Company is not liable for any loss of earnings, points, or data that may occur during the process. Users accept this risk by using the Service.
Discretionary Rights
The Company retains full authority to modify payment thresholds, rates, and policies at any time. All decisions regarding payouts are final and at the sole discretion of the Company.
5.0 Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
6.0 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
7.0 Governing Law
The laws of the Country (Bangladesh), excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
8.0 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
