3.0 Account Suspension & Termination Policy
To ensure a fair environment for all users and the integrity of the Application, We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate Your Account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Automated Activity: The use of bots, auto-clickers, macros, scripts, auto-mention tools, or any automated software to manipulate the Service is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activity & Inactivity: Accounts found engaging in illegal activities, promoting illicit content, or remaining inactive for a prolonged period may be suspended to protect system integrity.
- Code Modification: Any attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the Application source code, or the use of third-party software to artificially increase earnings, constitutes a material breach of this policy.
- Obsolete Versions: Continued use of outdated versions of the Application may result in suspension. Users are required to keep the Application updated to the latest version to ensure security and functionality.
4.0 Payment & Earnings Policy
By participating in the earning programs provided by the Application, You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding payments and accrued earnings:
Verification of Work
We reserve the right to validate all user activity before processing payments. If We detect suspicious behavior, fraud, or activity that creates doubt regarding the legitimacy of the work performed, We reserve the right to withhold payment and suspend the Account.
Financial Viability
Payments are subject to the Company's financial sustainability. In the event the Company incurs operational losses or deems the business model unviable, We reserve the right to delete accrued earnings or halt payments without liability.
Updates & Data Loss
In the event of Application updates, server migrations, or technical maintenance, the Company is not liable for any loss of earnings, points, or data that may occur during the process. Users accept this risk by using the Service.
Discretionary Rights
The Company retains full authority to modify payment thresholds, rates, and policies at any time. All decisions regarding payouts are final and at the sole discretion of the Company.
5.0 Use of Your Personal Data
- To provide and maintain our Service: including monitoring the usage of our Service to prevent downtime.
- To manage Your Account: Your registration grants you access to earning features, leaderboards, and withdrawal systems.
- To contact You: We may send notifications regarding app updates, payment confirmations, or security alerts via email or push notifications.
